In response to the recent media coverage about stolen urns, Xiao En has issued an official statement.

Upon receiving the relevant information, we promptly lodged a police report and have also completed direct outreach to all affected families personally.

As the case is still under investigation, we will continue to cooperate closely with the relevant authorities and will provide updates to the public as appropriate.
