Return and Refund Policy

  1. This Return and Refund Policy shall applicable for the Products and/or Services purchased via Xiao En Store only.
  2. You shall only be entitled to return and refund of the purchased products subject to the following: –
    1. You shall initiate the return and refund process by notifying the Company via contact number (+6012-2387040), email address [store@xiao-en.com.my] and/or make a request in person within three (3) days upon the date you have received the products by post, deliver, and/or courier. Any return and refund request after the said period hereinabove shall not be entertained and not eligible for return and refund.
    2. You are highly advised to inspect and verify the products upon your receipt.
    3. All products which have not been made any request for return and refund and/or after the said period in Clause (a) hereinabove shall be deemed accepted by you.
    4. Change of mind is not applicable for the return and refund and you shall only be entitled to return and refund of the products if: –
      1. The product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition;
      2. The delivered products are materially different from the description stated in the Purchase Order and Xiao En Store;
      3. The delivered products did not match the agreed specifications as stipulated in the Purchase Order and Xiao En Store;
      4. Such other circumstances which may be prescribed by us from time to time
    5. All returns of products shall be in its original condition and packaging, and you shall be solely responsible for the shipping cost for the return of products.
    6. All returns of products which are not in its original condition and packaging may affect the rate of refund in the event your request has been approved by the Company.
    7. All returns of products shall not be automatically warranted for a refund. The Company shall review the requests and shall have sole discretion to determine whether such requests are successful.
    8. Only partial refund may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion in the event that the returned products are damaged during transit and shipping.
  3. You shall only be entitled to refund a purchased services subject to the following: –
    1. You shall initiate the request to cancel your purchased services with the Company via contact number (+6012-2387040) and/or email [store@xiao-en.com.my] before closing date and time of a registration for such purchased services.
    2. You shall be eligible to full refund of any cancellation of the purchased services before the closing date and time of registration whereas any request to refund for a purchased services are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE after the closing date and time of registration.
    3. For avoidance of doubt, kindly refer to the Company’s digital poster of the particular services and/or contact the personnel for the said closing date and time of registration.
  4. The Company shall notify you of the approval or rejection of the return and refund request via [store@xiao-en.com.my / +6012-2387040].
  5. The Company shall process the refund upon approval. However, the number of days for the refund process is vary according to the respective bank to finalise the refund. The Company shall not be liable with respect to any loss, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the bank processing the said refund. All expenses incurred in relation to the refund process shall be borne by the Purchaser.
  6. In the event that a particular item purchased together with a service as a package provided by the Company has become difficult to procure and/or not reasonable to obtain with, the Company shall have the sole discretion to decide and replace with the equivalent products.
  7. Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Order shall always prevail.
  8. This return and refund policy may be varied by us from time to time without assigning and reason and notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon updated on Xiao En Store.
