Senior Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate abstract concepts, brand essence, and life education philosophy into compelling visual expressions that reflect Xiao En’s spirit and warmth.
  • Lead the development of creative and emotionally resonant marketing concepts for Xiao En’s products and services, enhancing brand identity and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to lead visual direction for brand identity, campaigns, publications, exhibition displays, and more.
  • Actively participate in Xiao En’s life education and care initiatives, contributing from conceptualization to execution with a deep understanding of the values behind each project.
  • Oversee the quality and coherence of all design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and communication goals.
  • To assist in other marketing activities assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the respective role.
  • Strong sensitivity and passion for life education, social issues, and cultural creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Marketing Communication, Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute sales events, brand campaign, talks, and other to showcase our brand/services essence.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor negotiations, and on-site management during events.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and engagement.
  • Willingness to travel outstation for events and campaign as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting our brand/campaign through various channels.
  • Utilize online and offline marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach the target audience.
  • Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant materials for events, including presentations, promotional materials, and handouts.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other relevant teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and key in payment transaction into accounting system.
  • To do verification of receipt (cash, cheque and credit card), arrange bank-in and key-in receipt transaction into accounting system.
  • To Update cashbook and prepare reconciliation.
  • To key in sales invoice into accounting system.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation for dormant company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

  • To answer in-bound call and re-direct to concerned department or person in charge.
  • To record caller/guest’s name & message accurately and pass concerned department or person in charge.
  • To welcome guests in good manner, identify their specific purpose or needs and assist them or direct them to the venue.
  • To provide accurate information to clients, guests or public about Xiao En Group’s products, services and facilities for both Xiao En Centre and Xiao En Memorial Park.
  • To liaise or alert hall rental team and assist in registering the funeral director or client family, ensuring necessary details obtained.
  • To update occupancy list and general clerical and administrative support to relevant department.
  • To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of reception counter, lobby and hall in daily basis.
  • To maintain contact with all guests and action to compliments or complaints or special requests i.e. direction, hail taxi to front door.
  • To receive postal, parcel, courier packages addressed to the concerned department or staff.
  • Any others task as assigned from time to time by Superior.

Job Requirements

Service Team Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination to ensure all procedures relating to funeral and memorial service are adhered to required standards and continually improved on.
  • Organize altar, casket and photos, place and adjust lights, fixtures and floral displays.
  • Arrange all necessary items e.g. praying material, mourning uniform, peanuts, drinking water, condolence book and box, red packets & sweets and etc.
  • Prepare all necessary stationary
  • Organize food and fruits offering.
  • Organize tables, chairs and buffet line if necessary.
  • Assist in receiving, ushering and serving the guests.
  • Ensure all the food and beverage are replenished at regular intervals.
  • Ensure the site is clean and tidy at all times and all ashtrays and rubbish are cleared at regular intervals.
  • Assist in the burning of handcrafted paper models if necessary.
  • Assist in the prayer and tribute ritual.
  • Assist in closing/sealing of the casket and pallbearer to transfer casket to funeral coach if necessary.
  • Assist in preparing comfort pack e.g. plastic fan, towel and ang-pow if necessary.
  • Organize notice, road signs, lantern and name-sign for funeral coach.
  • Assist in funeral procession and transportation.
  • Assist in organizing and controlling the traffic and ensure safety.
  • Assist in burial and cremation ritual.
  • Assist in mourning withdrawal and ancestor prayer at home.
  • Any other task as assigned from time to time by the Senior Executive or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above.
