Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute sales events, brand campaign, talks, and other to showcase our brand / services essence.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor negotiations, and on-site management during events.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and engagement.
  • Willingness to travel outstation for events and campaign as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting our brand / campaign through various channels.
  • Utilize online and offline marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach the target audience.
  • Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant materials for events, including presentations, promotional materials, and handouts.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other relevant teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of each event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovative event marketing.
  • To assist in other marketing activities assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management / Marketing / Business / Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a B2C context, especially community building.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the respective role.
  • Required skill(s): Marketing, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) or Canva.
  • Additional skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Digital Marketing.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitasking & keen to grow.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English is a must.

Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and key in payment transaction into accounting system.
  • To do verification of receipt (cash, cheque and credit card), arrange bank-in and key-in receipt transaction into accounting system.
  • To update cashbook and prepare reconciliation.
  • To key in sales invoice into accounting system.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation for dormant company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Care Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for transfer of deceased into our care in good order if required and ensure necessary equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  • To place remain in refrigeration or under air-conditioning if necessary.
  • To perform decedent care including cleaning, shampooing, sanitizing, embalming / preservation, trimming of nails / hairs, moisturizing, dressing, applying cosmetic, restoration / reconstruction and casketing adhered to standard operating procedures and company’s policies.
  • Identify and treat all external complications including bruises, bed sores, burns and injuries.
  • To suture and seal all potential leaks.
  • To perform thorough inspection and ensure satisfactory feature setting.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documents and reports.
  • Ensure work station is clean at any all-time.
  • Ensure all equipment and chemical required are in good order and report to superior for broken / damaged equipment and low quantity products.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Senior Executive or Head of Department.

Service Team Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination to ensure all procedures relating to funeral and memorial service are adhered to required standards and continually improved on.
  • Organize altar, casket and photos, place and adjust lights, fixtures and floral displays.
  • Arrange all necessary items e.g. praying material, mourning uniform, peanuts, drinking water, condolence book and box, red packets & sweets and etc.
  • Prepare all necessary stationary
  • Organize food and fruits offering.
  • Organize tables, chairs and buffet line if necessary.
  • Assist in receiving, ushering and serving the guests.
  • Ensure all the food and beverage are replenished at regular intervals.
  • Ensure the site is clean and tidy at all times and all ashtrays and rubbish are cleared at regular intervals.
  • Assist in the burning of handcrafted paper models if necessary.
  • Assist in the prayer and tribute ritual.
  • Assist in closing/sealing of the casket and pallbearer to transfer casket to funeral coach if necessary.
  • Assist in preparing comfort pack e.g. plastic fan, towel and ang-pow if necessary.
  • Organize notice, road signs, lantern and name-sign for funeral coach.
  • Assist in funeral procession and transportation.
  • Assist in organizing and controlling the traffic and ensure safety.
  • Assist in burial and cremation ritual.
  • Assist in mourning withdrawal and ancestor prayer at home.

  • Assist in inurnment and internment service process.

  • Coordinating service work at temple.

Job Requirements

  • No working experience required as training will be provided.
  • Good interpersonal skill and verbal communication skills.
