Led by the Xiao En Life Education Team, over 20 members from Chong Hwa Independent High School Kuala Lumpur’s Counseling Committee embarked on their first life education learning experience. The group visited Xiao En Memorial Park, Nilai and Xiao En Centre for an on-site exploration and learning tour.
Adolescents in their prime years often overlook the presence of death due to their youthful vitality. However, the impermanence of daily life is constantly surrounding us. The relationship between life and death does not exist in opposition but coexists within our lives. Thus, the learning tour provided these young individuals a profound understanding of the impermanence of life and death.
Stepping out of the classroom expands our horizons and broadens our hearts. Sometimes, beauty lies not in gripping storylines written in text but in our understanding of life itself. It is in these genuine moments that we truly appreciate how precious life is.
