- This service will be provided at Xiao En Memorial Park, Nilai on 3 March 2026 (Chap Goh Mei). Xiao En staff will perform the dedication service at the pre-described plot / niche.
此服务将于2026 年 3 月 3 日 （元宵节）在汝莱孝恩园进行。孝恩同仁将在先人墓前 / 塔位前代家属献上心意。 - This service is open for registration from now until 5pm on 24 February 2026, subject to availability.
此服务由即日起接受订购，至 2026 年 2 月 24 日下午 5 点止，名额有限，先到先得。
Attention 注意事项
- Please fill in the plot / niche number and the full name (Chinese & English) of the ancestor in the “Lot No” and “Deceased Name” column, to assist Xiao En Group in document processing.
请订购者在 “Lot No” 和 “Deceased Name” 栏填写塔位 / 墓园号码以及一位欲悼念的先人中英文名字，以协助孝恩集团文书处理。 - Please leave your message in the “Blessing Card Message” column. Chinese message must not exceed 50 words, English message not exceeding 25 words.
订购者可在 “Blessing Card Message” 栏里填写欲献给先人的祝福，中文文长不超过50字， 英文文长不超过25字。 - The purchaser must also provide their name, mobile phone number and e-mail address to allow us to send the photo to the purchaser. Xiao En will send photo of the dedication done to purchaser within 7 days.
订购者也需提供姓名、手提电话号码与电邮地址。孝恩集团会在服务后7天内提供照片给订购者。 - Only ONE (1) ancestor name is required for each set of services.
每套服务只限填写一名先人姓名。 - Please note that the flower design are subject to change based on stock availability.
供花设计可能会根据库存而有所更改。 - In the rare event of a shortage in flower or food supply, we reserve the right to make substitutions using flowers of similar or higher style and quality, or food items prepared with equivalent ingredients, while maintaining the overall presentation and intention of the offering.
若遇鲜花或食材供应短缺等罕见情况，我们将酌情以风格相近或品质更优的花材，或以等同食材作出替代，并确保整体呈现与供奉心意不受影响。 - Customers who wish to include a Buddhist Prayer service may add it on at an additional fee of RM 80 under the Purchase with Purchase (PWP) option. In the absence of this add-on, the offering will be delivered directly to the designated tomb or columbarium without a prayer service.
有意添加佛教祈福服务的客户，可通过「加购选项（PWP）」以 RM 80 加购该服务。若未选择此加购项目，供品将直接送达指定先人的墓位或骨灰阁，不包含祈福仪式。 - No cancellation nor refund will be entertained after payment has been made.
订购者付费后，任何要求取消服务或退款事宜将不受理。
