Terms Conditions 规则与条件

1. Package Details 配套详情
   • This package includes FOUR (4) remembrance services held on the following occasions:
     此配套包含以下四 (4) 个圆满服务：
     • Chinese New Year 农历新年 – 12 February 2027
     • Parents’ Day 双亲节 – 26 May 2027
     • Mid-Autumn Festival 中秋节 – 15 September 2027
     • Winter Solstice 冬至 – 22 December 2027
   • Customers may choose either Non-Vege OR Vegetarian Set for the entire package. Mixing sets within the same package is not allowed.
     客户可选择荤食套餐或素食套餐，同一配套中不能混合选择不同套餐。
   • Complimentary Buddhist Prayer 特别附赠佛教诵经仪式
     • A Buddhist prayer will be held at Xiao En Temple on 12 February 2027 (CNY 2027) exclusively for package holders.
       孝恩将于2027 年 2 月 12 日（2027年农历正月初七）在孝恩寺为购买本配套的顾客举行佛教祈福仪式。
     • For ancestors of other faiths, Xiao En will carry out the CNY offering at the respective plot or niche.
       若先人信奉其他宗教，孝恩将于农历新年期间在其相应的墓位或骨灰位进行祭祀供奉。
2. Purchaser Information 签购者信息
   • The purchaser must provide the following details to assist Xiao En Memorial Park Berhad in processing the service:
     签购者需提供以下资料，以便以协助孝恩集团安排及处理相关服务。
     • Ancestor Details: Plot/niche number and the full name (in Chinese and English) of the ancestor.
       先人信息 ：墓位或骨灰位编号，以及先人的中英文全名。
     • Blessing Message: Chinese message – maximum 50 words, English message – maximum 25 words
       祈福留言 : 中文祝福语 – 最多50字, 英文祝福语 – 最多25字
     • Purchaser Details: Full name, mobile number, and email address to confirm the service and deliver photos.
       购买者资料：全名、手机号码及电子邮件地址，用于确认服务及发送照片。
3. Ancestor Allocation 配套限制
   • Each package is valid for ONE (1) ancestor name only.
     每份配套仅限于填写一 (1) 位先人的姓名。
4. Service Confirmation 服务确认
   • Xiao En Memorial Park Berhad will send a photo of the completed dedication service to the purchaser via email within SEVEN (7) days after the service date.
     孝恩集团将在服务完成后七 (7) 天内通过电子邮件向购买者发送完成的服务照片。
5. Flower Design and Food Substitution 花卉设计与食材替代
   • Flower designs are subject to stock availability and may vary.
     花艺设计将视鲜花供应情况而定，实际设计可能有所不同。
   • In the event of a shortage of flowers or food ingredients, substitutions may be made with flowers of similar or superior style and quality, or food items prepared using equivalent ingredients.
     若遇鲜花或食材短缺而需替代的特殊情况，孝恩将以风格及品质相近或更优的花材，或采用同等食材的食品进行替代。
6. Payment and Refund Policy 付款及退款政策
   • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
     购买时需一次性付清全额款项。
   • Once payment is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be allowed except for unavoidable circumstances such as unforeseen service disruptions.
     付款确认后，恕不接受取消、退款或修改配套内容；如遇不可避免的特殊情况，例如无法预见的服务中断，则另作安排。
   • The purchase deadline for the package is 28 January 2027.
     《爱.相守》圆满服务配套签购截止日期为 2027 年 1 月 28 日。
7. Package Validity 配套有效期
   • The package is valid only for the specified remembrance service dates listed above.
     本配套仅适用于上述指定的追思服务日期。
8. Service Modifications 服务更改
   • Requests to modify the selected set (Non-Vege or Vegetarian) after payment will not be accepted.
     付款后，恕不接受更改已选定的套餐类型（荤食或素食）。
9. Limitation of Liability 责任限制
   • Xiao En Memorial Park Berhad will not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
     如因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、政府限制或其他不可控因素）导致的服务中断，孝恩集团不承担任何的责任。
   • If disruptions occur, alternative arrangements will be communicated promptly to the purchaser.
     若发生服务中断，孝恩集团将及时与签购者沟通并做替代安排。
10. Data Privacy 数据隐私
    • The purchaser’s personal details will be used solely for the purpose of service processing and communication. Xiao En Memorial Park Berhad ensures compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
      签购者的个人信息仅用于相关服务处理及沟通。孝恩集团将遵守相关隐私法规。
11. Acknowledgment 确认
    • By purchasing the package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
      签购本配套即表示购买者已阅读、理解并同意上述所有条款与细则。
