【预购】ASD 2024 追思已亡日「祝福花束」

Terms Conditions 规则与条件

1. This bouquet is open for booking from now until 5pm on 30 October 2024.
   此服务花束由即日起至 2024 年 10 月 30 日，下午 5 点 接受预购。
2. This bouquet is only available for self-collection at Xiao En Memorial Park, Nilai on All Souls’ Day (2 November 2024).
   花束仅限追思已亡日当天 (2024年11月2日) 在汝莱孝恩园自取。
3. Purchaser can collect the bouquet at the bouquet counter located at All Souls’ Day main venue.
   预购者可在追思已亡日活动场地的花束柜台取花。
4. Purchaser will receive an official receipt from Xiao En (via WhatsApp), please present it to the staff for bouquet self-collection.
   预购者将收到来自孝恩的正式收据（通过 WhatsApp），向工作人员展示以领取花束。
5. No cancellation nor refund will be entertained after payment has been made.
   预购者付费后，任何要求取消服务或退款事宜将不受理。
6. In the rare event that a substitution is necessary through flower supply difficulties, we may substitute with flowers or foliage of similar or superior style, quality, and value.
   在少数情况下，若因花材供应短缺，我们会用类似，或更好质量和价值的花材取代。
