Xiao En Enlightenment Ceremony 2019 – CRANE. HOPE. PEACE
Xiao En Group collaborates with UTAR Sg Long Buddhist Society to promote Life Education
Nilai, Seremban (9 Aug 2019) – Xiao En organises its annual Enlightenment Ceremony at Xiao En Memorial Park, Nilai, from 9-11 Aug 2019. This year, the enlightenment ceremony theme is <CRANE. HOPE. PEACE> and together with Xiao En’s slogan “Caring like Family”, Xiao En collaborate with UTAR Sg Long Buddhist Society to create interactive activities related to life-death education in a fun and energetic way.
Over the years, Xiao En Group has been actively promoting life education. This year, Xiao En is honoured to collaborate with UTAR Sg Long Buddhist Society to craft a new and interesting programs during Enlightenment Ceremony 2019. Visitors may take part in the games and art & craft programs during the 3-days event, to experience a journey of life education.
During the three-day event, the students have set up interactive booths and games, with obstacles and challenges, such as:
1. Spider Web Crawl
2. Maze in Mist (Following Directions Maze with Blindfolded Obstacles)
3. Rainbow Sand in Miniature Bottles (5 different colours representing Buddhism five compound colours)
4. A String of HOPE (colourful DIY bracelets strings craft activities)
If you love life, life will love you back. Xiao En Group hopes to continue to promote life education, bringing the meaning “value of life”, using an interesting, innovative and creative way.
Aside from UTAR Sg Long Buddhist Society activities, there will be other family’s activities, such as drawing, colouring, sand art, clown, tarot cards reading and food trucks at the scene. Xiao En welcome all to take part in its Enlightenment Ceremony 2019.
