The 1st Culture and Life Education Tour for Malaysian Students
24 Aug 2018 – Xiao En Group hopes that the younger generation will learn and understand more about the traditional Chinese customs. By advocating the concept of life education tour, it brings more meaningful values to its yearly Enlightenment Ceremony.
The Xiao En Group pertains it’s corporate philosophy – “Caring like Family”, Xiao En Group organizes their annual Enlightenment Ceremony, for the living to commemorate and express their remembrance and gratitude to their departed loved ones.
To bring more meaningful human values in conjunction with Enlightenment Ceremony, Xiao En Group invited national secondary school and university students to join Xiao En 1st Culture and Life Education Tour.
The purpose of initiating the culture and Life Education Tour, to educate the students in understanding the Chinese traditions and customs with indepth information and knowledge. The tour also allows the students to gain more knowledge about the Chinese prayers culture and the true meaning spirit of Enlightenment Ceremony.
Dato Frank Choo, the managing director of Xiao En Group, pointed out that “As we know the importance of ‘filial piety’, we hope that through our life education tour, ‘filial piety’ can be interpreted in a better way, to advocate our traditional Chinese Confucian believe which is LOVE & ETHICS.
Aside from opening ceremony and educational tour, there will be some simple interactive family activities, such as: Writing Sutra, Folding origami cranes, food trucks, and many more. Participants can also write their wishes on “Before I Die Post-It-Note” Wall.
Enlightenment Ceremony isn’t only about sending prayers to the ancestors, but also cherish our life and our loved ones, as this is the main core value of Xiao En Group.
